Jesus Christ loves you and calls you to Him
Even if nobody in the world loves us, which is rather impossible, because there’s always our mother who loves us unceasingly despite all our defaults, Jesus Christ loves us and wants us to be near Him even more.
In Isaiah we read: “Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. Behold ...

The Resurrection of Christ – an undisputable fact
As much as various non believers and impertinent people tried to contradict the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, they drew a blank. The success of the preaching of the Gospel and the spreading of Christianity worldwide was based upon the resurrection of Jesus Christ. If He hadn’t really risen, the preaching of the Gospel would have faded away forever.
Yet that never happened. On the c ...

THE SACRIFICE OF JESUS CHRIST, OUR OWN PASSOVER
“For indeed Christ, our Passover, was sacrificed for us”. (1-Corinthians, 5:7).

Passover means passing, exodus.
In the old Testament the people of Israel for 400 years had been enduring in Egypt the slavery and the oppression of Pharaohs. In the end, not being able to withstand anymore, turned to God for help after being away from Him in the foreign land they lived. God responded t ...

At the dawn of this new decade, humanity faces many great challenges. One of the biggest is the ambiguity and confusion ab ...

Χριστιανικές Μαρτυρίες - Η συνέντευξη του μήνα
Jesus said “For judgment I have come into this world, so that those who do not see may gain their sight, and the ones who see may become blind.” John 9:39

In this edition, we are going to read the testimony of a man who, although he is unable to see the natural light, the Lord has opened his spiritual eyes. Our brother is called Thomas Mettas.
-Were you born blind, brother Thomas?

-No, I was not but when I was a baby, I had an accident. My mother told me I lost vision in my left eye but I was able to see with my ...

ABOUT PATIENCE (part 1)
For us patience is not a type of dog style indifference that approaches insensibility. But it is rather the adaptation of our life based on the heavenly teaching and model of our Lord who gives us first the example of patience: He gives the light to the righteous and unrighteous, offers the seasons with all their functions to the worthy and unworthy, the elements that serve the ...
Τι λέει ο Λόγος του Θεού
Abolishment of death; the last deception or the first victory?
“And God both raised up the Lord and will also raise us up by His power.” (Corinthians, 6:14). Reading in the Bible the events that happened before, during and after the crucifixion of Christ, we can understand that for many reasons that Easter seemed to be the worst of all which the disciples of Christ had been through until then because death had stricken and beaten their beloved tea ...
